A dining experience like no other, full of inspired flavour

In Caraquet, overlooking the Baie des Chaleurs, chef Benjamin Cormier brings fine dining to the maritime terroir. Each week he builds a new menu around the tide, the day's catch from the Peninsula's fishers and the best of the region's producers.
