Benjamin Cormier
After several years cooking in fine-dining kitchens, Benjamin Cormier came home and opened Origines in 2018, bringing his craft to the local terroir : the Baie des Chaleurs, the Peninsula's fishers and the region's producers.
Each week he creates a new menu, shaped by the tide and the day's catch. Food of the moment, served as a multi-course tasting and imagined as a conversation with the sea.

With direct access to seafood and local produce, our menus shift with the seasons and the catch. Each week brings a new multi-course menu, carefully crafted by the chef.
